At Third Millennium Training, we are committed to providing a high-quality training experience. We understand that certain circumstances may require changes to course registration. Therefore, we outline below our cancellation, refund, and exchange policy to ensure complete transparency with all trainees.
First: Cancellation and Refund
🟦 Self-paced (pre-registered) courses:
Cancellation and refunds are only possible within 48 hours of payment.
After 48 hours, fees cannot be refunded or canceled.
Downloading or using content is not permitted during this period prior to cancellation; otherwise, the subscription will be considered final.
🟦 In-person or Live Online Courses:
Cancellation and a full refund are possible up to 7 days prior to the course start date.
If cancellation is requested less than 7 days prior to the course start date, no refunds are allowed.
If the course is canceled by the provider, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
Second: Substituting a Course for Another
It is permissible to substitute the course you have registered for with another course of the same category or of a similar value within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of subscription.
If there is a price difference between the two courses, the difference will be paid or deducted, as appropriate.
Substitutions are not permitted after 14 days.
Third: Refund Method
Refund requests are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
The amount will be transferred to the same payment method used, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing with the trainee.
Fourth: Special Exceptions
Refunds are not permitted if the trainee has actually begun attending the course lectures or uploading content to the self-learning system.
The administration reserves the right to reject a refund request in the event of a breach of the terms or improper use of the service.
