About us

The Third Millennium
is an accredited and licensed training center from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in the KSA.

We provide high-quality development courses that aim to provide trainees with the skills and knowledge that help them improve their career and living standards. We also always aim to establish strong partnerships with governmental and private companies and institutions to provide training services to their employees. Over a decade, we have contributed to developing the skills of thousands of people, and provided our services to hundreds of governmental and private entities. Training Methodology

1. مرحلة ما قبل التدريب Pre training stage:

- Establishing a highly experienced team
- Selecting a team of trainers that meets all required standards
- Providing sufficient tools and human resources to ensure the coordination process operates optimally
- Diversifying hotel options through a broad network of relationships
-Conducting technical and linguistic reviews of all training materials

2. مرحلة التدريب Training stage:

Several mechanisms are employed during the workshop to implement the training plan. These are as follows:

- Lecture: Oral communication where the trainee only listens and takes notes.
- Workshops: Individual or group, where trainees are grouped to apply work on a specific topic.
- Brainstorming:
- Discussion: A method that allows for the exchange and clarification of opinions, under the supervision of the trainer.
- Video Presentation: Video clips are presented to illustrate and convey a specific idea related to the training material.
- Case Studies: Provide trainees with real-life cases and then analyze them to arrive at a case evaluation.
-Role playing: Trainees work in pairs or small groups to perform a specific role for practical training.

3. مرحلة ما بعد التدريب Post training stage:

We believe that training is an ongoing process that doesn't end with the last hour of lectures, but rather extends beyond that to create a real impact. Therefore, we focus on measuring the impact of training, analyzing its results, and making proposals for developing future programs. We rely on important tools such as:

- Conducting a post-test for each course to measure the impact of training.
- Conducting an evaluation of the training program with all its components.
- Preparing a comprehensive report on each training program.
- Archiving and documenting each training program.
