Registration terms:
1. Nominations of entities and companies for public programs and courses are made by contacting customer services.
2. Those registered on their personal account must pay in advance using the electronic payment method in the registration form on our website, and the amount paid will be refunded to the customer in the event that the program is canceled by our center or seats are not available.
3. Confirmation of registration for any course or program that takes place after completing the electronic payment or after approving the transfer with the approval of the Third Millennium Training Center, and the availability of seats.
Payments:
1. Any applicant has several options for payment and may be through any of the following options: mada card, visa card, bank transfer
2. We prefer payments to be made through online payment options
3. We do not prefer individuals to pay by bank transfer except after confirming the availability of seats by contacting customer service at (0539103433) via WhatsApp
4. Cash payments are not permitted.
Attendance / Timekeeping:
1. The trainee’s attendance and time keeping will be recorded daily and reported to your institution.
2. To obtain a course attendance certificate, 75% of the program days must be attended, according to the requirements of the supervising authorities.
3. The trainee is responsible for absence without an acceptable excuse
Cancellation terms:
1. The trainee may cancel his/her reservation 14 days prior to the start date of the course without any fees.
2. In the event of cancellation by the trainee of the reservation within a period of 8 to 13 days before the start date of the course, the trainee shall pay 50% of the course fees (half of the fees).
3. In the event of cancellation by the trainee for reservation 8 days before the start date of the course, the trainee must pay 100% of the course fees (full fees).
4. No refunds will be given for a 'No Show' on the day.
5. In the event that a course or program needs to be rescheduled due to the instructor's illness or unavailability, the course cost will be fully refunded or rescheduled at a later date, and in the event that you are unable to attend the rescheduled course, the full amount paid will be refunded.
General Terms:
1. The customer must read the policy and his registration constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of the policy.
2. All refunds will be issued within 20 days of the completed notice of cancellation.
3. The Third Millennium Training Center reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient number of candidates at least 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled course date. Candidates will be provided with notice stating this with an option to reschedule the course date in the future or to refund the full registration fee.
4. The Third Millennium Training Center is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer in case of canceling a training course.
5. If a training course is canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters, the customer has the right to reschedule a training course in the future.
