Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), Privacy Policy and Training Honor Code of Third Millennium Training Center before registering with the Third Millennium Training Center website or using any part of the contents of the Website (by “Site”, we mean all content and pages within the scope of the Website The Third Millennium Online E-Training), including access to any course materials, chat rooms, or other electronic services. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Honor Code are agreements (which may be referred to, collectively, as “Agreements”) between you and Millennium Training. You also accept and agree through your use of the Website to be legally bound by the Agreements, whether or not you are a registered user of the Website.

The Third Millennium Training Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to you. Changes to these Terms are effective immediately upon being posted on this page or within any other section of the Site. By accessing the Site after making any changes, you agree to the revised Terms and all changes therein.

A glimpse into the third millennium of training

The Third Millennium Training Center offers a range of developmental training programs through interactive live broadcasts between lecturers and trainers, through electronic training "remotely" or in the training halls.
Which may not be recorded, transmitted, or uploaded without the official and documented permission of the Center's administration.

Online Code of Conduct

You agree that you are entirely responsible for your use of the Third Millennium Training Site and materials posted through your username, which shall include all content submitted, posted or distributed on the Site by you or other users of the Site, including and on Without limitation, all Posts within the Site and edits to notes, questions, comments, videos and file uploads (“User Posts”). You also agree that your use of the Site is in compliance with the Agreements and all applicable local, regional and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, and any laws relating to the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence.

You hereby undertake, and as a condition of your use of the services offered by the Third Millennium Training Center via its website, that you will not use the Website in any manner intended to abuse, disable, disable or overburden the Third Millennium Training Server or the Third Millennium Training Network(s) connected to any server from its servers or interfere with any third party and enjoy the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Millennium Server through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Site, or any of its servers or associated computer equipment through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.

The following list shows the materials that are strictly prohibited from being circulated on the website:

    Content that violates the Islamic faith.
    Content that violates the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    Content that defames, harasss or threatens others
    Content that discusses illegal activities
    Content that infringes the intellectual property of a third party, including but not limited to copyrights or trademarks
    Profane, pornographic, indecent, indecent, or unauthorized content Advertising or any form of commercial advertising
    Content related to partisan political activities
    Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or corrupted files, malware, spyware or any other similar software that may harm the operation of a computer or other property
    Content that contains intentionally inaccurate information or that is posted with the intent to mislead others.

Furthermore, you agree not to attempt to collect information, download any content from the site, or download any content, live broadcast, and when downloading and recording without prior permission, this exposes you to legal liability.

This includes, but is not limited to, a list or directory of system users, online textbooks, user posts or personal information. You also agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Site.

Any violation of the provisions of the above Prohibited List shall entitle Millennium Training to terminate your use, access and/or participation in the Site without prior notice.

User accounts and permissions

In order to fully participate in the activities and services offered by the Third Millennium Training Center on its website, you must provide us with your name, ID number, personal mobile number, email address and password of the user in order to create a new user account (which is referred to as “User Account”). You agree that you will never disclose or share your access to the Site or share your user account information with any third party for any reason. During the creation of your user account, you may be asked to enter additional, optional information (for example, your address). You declare that all information provided by you is accurate and current. You also agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.
